I am a licensed clinical psychologist who has been a mental health provider since 2006. In my work, I am guided by the belief that wellness is impacted by our relationships as well as striking a balance between passion and peace. I work with clients on improving their sense of integrity and self-empowerment, in order to help them move forward with intention and meaning.
I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University, my MA in Applied Behavioral Science from Bastyr University (LIOS), and my BS in Business Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. My careers in nonprofit management and social services have brought me around the country from my New Jersey roots (see Curriculum Vitae).
Outside of my private practice, I wear many hats including acting as the NonVA Outpatient Mental Health Clinical Reviewer for the Veterans Administration Puget Sound Healthcare System. Furthermore, I'm a volunteer provider with Give an Hour, national non-profit dedicated to addressing the mental health needs of the military community, as well as the King County lead disaster mental health volunteer with the American Red Cross.
